The Small Razor Clam Plate (formerly the Butter Dish Bottom) nests well inside the Medium Razor Clam Plate (as shown in Mint & Tortoise).The Medium Razor Clam Plate (formally called the Small) is a fun shape to use for smaller hors d’oeuvres like olives, crackers  or soft cheese.The Large Razor Clam plate is the perfect size for a baguette or serving crostini.
